be found in premises on the ground floor in the small square in front of the mill. Here you
can stop for some bread
and cheese and a glass of wine, or linger over a prolonged snack, or sit around one of the convivial
tables and partake
of the entire range of Beppino Occelli's multi award winning
cheeses, ranging
from the freshest of ricottas, small Langa
cheeses, Testun,
Raschera d'Alpeggio, the veined
cheeses of Frabosa, goat milk Losa, the rare Cusié, to the
mythical Escarun.
