Tuma dla Paja

At one time this “tuma” was aged or ripened in hay, in a short time becoming soft and creamy. The wrinkled, white rind often breaks, allowing views of the appetisingly creamy interior that, once tasted, is appreciated for its delicate milky aroma and the subtle hint of hazelnuts.
