Butter with Summer Truffle


Beppino Occelli’s original recipe consists of butter worked with pieces of Summer Truffle in an absolutely exceptional quantity (6%), and the total exclusion of any artificial flavours. Excellent on pasta, for fondues, and patés, “Burro con Tartufo d'estate” can be simply spread on slices of toasted bread for a tasty and delicious appetiser, or as curls to garnish classic fried eggs before serving.
