DINNER EVENT IN COLOGNE
Set in the splendid location of a former cinema in Cologne, the best of Italian cuisine:
Naturally, the event couldn’t have taken place without Beppino Occelli products, being the protagonists on the menu of ‘Di Gennaro Live’.
The typical tastes and flavours of the Langhe were greatly appreciated by the guests, starting from an exquisite Carpaccio di Filetto al Barolo con Scaglie di Cusiè di Pecora (Fillet Carpaccio in Barolo Wine with Flakes of Sheep’s Milk Cusiè), to be followed by Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli with Occelli Butter and Flakes of Crutin, ending with a vertical tasting of Beppino Occelli specialities: from Robiola Occelli to Tuma dla Paja, on to the Occelli novelty with Fruit and Moscato Grappa.
