ITALIAN EXCELLENT CHEESE IN PRAGUE
In Prague, defined as the golden city, at La Bottega Bistroteka, companies of excellence have been selected to represent the best of Italian Gastronomy for cheeses, meats and bakery products to offer customers the opportunity to relish a menu in theme with Expo 2015: the Universal Exposition that Italy will host on food and nutrition.
Beppino Occelli has proudly participated, proposing a selection of his best cheeses that have been a huge success with gourmets from all over the world: from Occelli wrapped in chestnut leaves and aged on wooden boards in the cellars of Valcasotto, to Occelli al Barolo (elected Best Drunk Cheese by Slow Food, and, to conclude, one of his most recent inventions: Occelli with Fruit and Muscat Grappa, specially conceived to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy, combining candied Sicilian fruit and Muscat grappa with the Piedmontese cheese.
And, of course, no tasting could be complete without Occelli Butter, rigorously made from Italian centrifuged cream, multi-awarded as Best Cheese in the World by Wine Spectator.
