Today yet another sign of admiration for the work that Beppino Occelli has been carrying forward with sacrifice and passion since 1976 comes all the way from Japan: the guide “A journey of discovery into Italian DOP cheeses” recounts the accomplishments of Beppino Occelli and tells the story of these cheeses conceived in the Langa cheese factory and left to age for a very long time on wooden boards in the historic cellars of Valcasotto.
