FANCY FOOD SHOW IN NY
Ever since 1955, the Fancy Food Show has been North America’s most important specialty food fair. Between the Winter Show in San Francisco and the Summer Show in New York City, over 40,000 participants from over 80 countries and regions attend the fair to taste over 260,000 innovative products, such as confectionary products, cheeses, coffees, snacks, spices and beverages.
Having achieved such a huge success in the 2013, Beppino Occelli has set out to strengthen his bond with the American market, by taking part once again in the Summer Show to be held in New York from June 29th to July 1st.
Beppino Occelli will, in fact, be presenting creations and interpretations of typical products, conceived from his profound and everlasting love for his homeland: the Langhe and the Alps.
There for the tasting, together with the award-winning Occelli Butter, will be Tuma dla Paja, already named best cheese at the 1997 Fancy food Show, Tuma del Trifulau with summer truffle, Occelli al Barolo, and, last but not least, the “jewel in the crown” of Beppino Occelli’s dairy collection, or rather the cheese left to age with fruit and Grappa di Moscato… come and see - and taste - for yourselves, we look forward to seeing you!
