Ingredients

1 roll of ready made pasta fillo
1 pear
2 radicchio
some chives
oil
salt
200 gr Verzin cheese
some Occelli Butter

Method


Roll out the pasta fillo and place it in a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper
Distribute over thin dough slices of pear, radicchio leaves, pieces of Verzin cheese and some Occelli butter
Finish with chives, cut into sticks
Add salt and pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees
