Chocolate Madeleines with Occelli® Butter
120g Burro Occelli®
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sweetened cocoa powder
50g milk chocolate
half teaspoon baking powder
icing sugar for sprinkling
Beat the eggs and sugar together well. Stir in the sifted flour, the Burro Occelli®, slightly melted and cooled, the milk, the chocolate melted in a bain marie then cooled, the cocoa powder and the baking powder.
Spoon the batter into the Madeleine pans and bake in a hot oven at 180°C for about 20 – 25 minutes
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
