Tuna pâté with Burro Occelli®
160g tuna in olive oil
250g Burro Occelli®
4 Portuguese sardine fillets in olive oil
powdered black pepper to taste
Papi salt (Pope’s Sea Salt) to taste
juice of 1 lemon
Put the tuna, sardines, Burro Occelli®, salt, pepper, lemon in a mixer and blend the whole, thenpour the mixture into a serving dish and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour for the pâté to cool.
Serve very cold with croutons.
