Gnocchetti with Occelli® butter shrimp cream and Robiola Mondovì Occelli®
for 2 people:
o 300 g of small dumplings
o 1 clove of garlic
o 300 g of shrimps
o 1 spoon of Occelli® butter
o fleur de sel
o hot pepper
o 200 g of Robiola Mondovì Occelli®
In a pan melt the Occelli® butter with chopped garlic, add shrimps and cook them until will be a beautiful orange color (about 10 minutes between the time to defrost and the cooking time).
Put the shrimps with their cooking sauce in a bowl and chop with the mixer, add Robiola Mondovì Occelli®and whip them until you have a smooth cream. Pour the shrimps cream in the pan, add a little of salt and hot pepper. Add the boiled dumplings, stir a little and serve.
