Shrimps with garlic sauce and Occelli Butter®
o 500 g of tails of shrimps already cleaned
o 100 g of Occelli® butter
o 2 cloves of garlic
o grated lemon zest
o black pepper
Cut the bread in slices, rub the garlic (peeled) on the bread and put the bread slices into the oven under the grill for few minutes.
Put in a pan the Occelli® butter and melt on very low heat. Add squeezed garlic, lemon zest and a little of pepper. Add the shrimps, cover with a lid and cook them for a few minutes. Turn the shrimps, deglaze with the brandy, add chopped parsley and remove from the heat.
Serve the shrimps with toasted bread slices and dress all with the cooking sauce.
