Croutons with Tuma dla Paja® and pears
to serve 2 people:
- 5/6 slices of bread
- 1 nashi pear (or other variety)
- Tuma dla Paja® Occelli
Arrange the slices of bread on a baking tray
Wash and dry the nashi pears then cut them in half without peeling them
Cut into 4 wedges, remove the core and cut the pear into thin slices, but not too thin
Place the pear slices on the bread
Take the cheese..
Cut as many slices as there are croutons..
Place the slices of tuma on the pear slices (you can remove the crust if you prefer); the cheese has a visibly smooth and creamy texture
Bake at 150° until the cheese has melted…
