Green asparagus salad with “Fassone” spheres and Castelmagno Pod petals

Ingredients

1 bunch green asparagus
250 g knife-cut Fassone beef
70 g Castelmagno Pod cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Balsamic vinegar

Method


Wash and clean the green asparagus, cut into strips and place in a bowl. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and shape into balls. Now arrange the asparagus on the serving dish, position the Fassone patties and add the Castelmagno petals. Season with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
