Cream and ham tortellini with Beppino Occelli® Butter
400 g tortellini
1 slice cooked ham 1cm thick (about 100/150 g)
250 ml cooking cream
30 g Beppino Occelli® Butter
Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Salt and pepper
1. Cook the tortellini in abundant salted water.
2. Seasoning preparation: dice the cooked ham. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the ham, add the cream and blend well. Adjust with salt, a sprinkling of nutmeg and freshly ground pepper.
3. When cooked, drain and pour the tortellini into the dressing. Sauté over moderate heat to flavour.
4. Serve the cream and ham tortellini hot, adding a sprinkling of parmesan cheese if desired.
