Asparagus with balsamic vinegar and Crutin® Occelli
1 bunch asparagus
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Crutin® Occelli shavings
Steam cook the bunch of asparagus.
Prepare an emulsion with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon of good balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
On a serving dish, brush and shine the cooked asparagus with the emulsion.
Now let’s shower them with Crutin® Occelli shavings.
