Ingredients

2 sweet and crunchy apples

1 celery heart

4 radishes

100 g Valcasotto®

50 g speck

1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon pine kernels

Salt

Method


Cut the apples into quarters, peel and remove the pips; dice the quarters and spray with lemon juice

Dice the Valcasotto@ and the speck, chop the celery and radishes, in a bowl mix the whole with the apples, add the mayonnaise and mix again; season with salt and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Toast the pine kernels for 1-2 minutes

Serve the salad with the aid of a food ring mould and garnish with the pine kernels
