Sauteed prawns lime juice, brown sugar, coconut rum and oyster sauce with Burro Occelli®

Ingredients
Ingredients to serve 2 people
6 king prawns
One tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Burro Occelli®
juice of 1 lime
small glass of coconut rum
Method
Melt a good chunk of Burro Occelli® in a frying pan then higher the heat and add the prawns, sauté them for a few seconds then add the rest of the ingredients. Let the alcohol evaporate and finish cooking by moving the prawns around in the pan for a few minutes.
Serve at the centre of the dish and… ENJOY!
